To continue providing the best service to all of my valued clients, I’ve recently introduced a cancellation policy. While I've managed without one for many years, the rise in last-minute cancellations and no-shows has had a significant impact on my small business. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

New Clients:
A 50% deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. However, if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit can be applied to a future appointment. 

Existing Clients:
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, a 30% fee will be added to your next appointment. If you cancel with less than 8 hours notice or don’t show up for your appointment, a 50% fee will be applied to your future appointment.
